I know there are a lot of counselors out there but it was important for us to find the right Christian counselor. After asking for God’s help, we found Liz. She was able to help my son who was suffering from extreme anxiety. He felt very comfortable with her. For many years I have been interested in healthy living for my family but she had even more resources that led to incredible healing. A real game-changer. Our son is thriving with confidence and doing so well now. I believe Liz is called by God to do her work. She truly cares, but more importantly, she prays! I highly recommend her services.

I came to extraordinary LIFE seeking guidance and advisement regarding my failing marriage in the hopes I could make corrections and save my marriage. My wife was unwilling to participate in the program so I was on my own. Working with Liz was an eye-opener for me. As I did the work she recommended I learned about the value of boundaries in my life and how to cope with all of the challenges of my failed relationship. Liz was and is there for me. My wife and I sought out a Christian, Bible-based counselor during the midst of a very trying time in our marriage. While we knew we needed counseling we were, at first, nervous about sharing details about our situation. Throughout the process, which is still ongoing, Liz has been so gracious. She listens to our hurts and struggles and helps us to prayerfully navigate difficult situations through discernment and Godly wisdom. God has been tremendously merciful to us through this season, and He has used Liz as a tool to demonstrate that mercy.
Liz has a true gift from God to counsel teens. Liz helped my daughter through depression and making bad decisions. My daughter connected with her, and Liz truly cared about her. She knows how to speak to teens, to not make them feel judged or embarrassed. Liz helped her at times when there was no appointment and my daughter needed to talk to her. Andrea and I found ourselves stuck in what felt like a “revolving door” not able to find the right and best way to exit. We struggled in some areas which would result in intense arguments. Our arguments would always end up far from where we started and never actually reached a resolution to the core issue (the “revolving door”). So, we finally got some sense and sought out professional assistance – God sent us Liz! After years and years of us trying ourselves, we had a good idea of our pain points and struggle areas which allowed us to easily express to Liz what we desperately wanted to accomplish as we worked with Liz to stop the madness. Liz was careful to listen to our needs while also identifying other needs we had. After Liz conducted a diligent assessment of our marriage, she quickly put us to work! She knew exactly what techniques and tools to use for us.
Our major areas needing improvement were the following: better communication with each other, better understanding and complementing of each other’s personalities, and implementing Godly and loving boundaries.
The only outside assistance we ever sought was pre-marital counseling from our pastor. We thought we knew everything about each other especially since we have known each other since our teenage years. Through Liz’s training, we learned that you never stop learning everything about your spouse, and that is now exciting for us!
Liz’s professional aptitude combined with God’s instruction proved to be a liberating, enlightening, and powerful experience for us. Liz used many techniques and tools over a 2-month period that are now proving to support all of our needs and issues. We received guidance for many areas outside of our problems too. We now feel confident in our ability safely and properly exit the revolving door. We just concluded our time with Liz and feel that our training will serve to be invaluable for a long time. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Liz. She was put in my path when I wasn't looking for her, but definitely when I needed her the most. If you need a therapist who truly wants to listen and help, Liz is amazing! She helped my daughter and I learn to communicate through the tough times of being a teen with boundaries and respect on both ends. She helped my child feel safe and realize her own worth. She is wonderful at balancing life and understanding the world’s view, and what the Bible says, but without the judgmental feeling. She truly is a wonderful therapist who cares for her patients. The ability to talk online made the scheduling of appointments super easy and convenient for a mom of multiple kids.
